News and Achievements:

Eight Lake Padden Golfers played in the April 18th WSWPLA at Bellevue Golf Course. Placing in their flights were Gloria Blench, Sandy Florence, Linda St Andre, and Molly Wheeler. Sandy and Linda are pictured above at the 2nd tee with their foursome.

On a rainy October 17th, several Lake Padden players slogged their way to the finish in the WSWPLA Partner Best Ball Tournament at Camaloch Golf Course on Camano Island.  Putting was a challenge, with rivers running across the greens, and no part of their clothing or equipment was dry at the end of 18 holes, but two groups prevailed to win awards in the competition.  Sandy Myers and Leslie Bryson tied for 2nd Low Net of Flight 3 and Gloria Blench with partner Linda St Andre tied for 2nd Low Net of Flight 5.  Well done!
